We tested the Finisseur Core Bib Tights
During our last training sessions we had the opportunity to test the new Finisseur Core Bib Tights, comfortable mid-range bib tights, ideal for short and medium distance rides.
The Finisseur Core bib tights are stretchy, breathable and durable with a good anatomical fit. They incorporate the Elastic Interface pad, designed for medium and long rides of no more than 3 hours.
1. Tecchnologies and fabrics
The Finisseur Core bib tights are made of a microFleece fabric that ensures good breathability, elasticity and comfort of the product. It is a very warm material, designed and manufactured for mid-season and winter temperatures.
The chamois pad is made of a dual-density foam that intensifies shock absorption and is designed for medium-distance rides (approximately 2 hours). It fits very well and provides great comfort and a very good feeling in the saddle. It has a minimalist design, occupying very little space in the bib, visually it even seems that it does not incorporate chamois.
The straps of the Finisseur Core bib tights are very stretchy and adapt perfectly to the body without chafing or reducing freedom of movement.
Also, it is worth mentioning the great fit in the calf area, thus preventing the cold from entering under the legs. This part incorporates reflective inserts to provide greater visibility on cloudy or low-light days.
To ensure good care of the bib tights, we recommend machine washing at 30° using the optimum amount of detergent and never adding fabric softener or bleach.
2. Put to the test
The Finisseur Core bib tights perfectly adapted to all our needs during our recent autumn rides, providing comfort and warmth at all times.
We tested them in temperatures between 6º and 15º C and at no time did we feel cold in our legs. In addition, the bib tights fit perfectly even after 2 hours on the bike.
3. Conclusions
The Finisseur Core bib tights are very versatile as they can be used on both road and MTB bikes. They are ideal for use in between seasons.
