Next season, Burgos BH and the names of the squad like Bol, Cabedo, Ezquerra, Madrazo and Navarro will wear technical clothing designed and produced by the FINISSEUR brand
On the occasion of the inaugural Criterium held yesterday in Monaco, the team has unveiled its jersey for the 2022 season in the presence of UCI president David Lappartient, manager Julio Andrés Izquierdo, cyclist Victor Langellotti and sport director Damien Garcia.
Finisseur, Deporvillage’s specialised cycling clothing brand, will continue to dress the Burgos BH team in 2022. After the sporting successes and the great image of both parties during this season, they have now closed the agreement and have unveiled the colours the cyclists of the team will wear next year. Keeping the essence of the team with the purple, the colour of the province of Burgos, they have committed to a theme that will also accompany the signage of the infrastructure and the new image of the team in 2022.
Finisseur and the team managers have worked hand in hand to custom design each garment, including some improvements to the 2021 kit. Greater adaptability and an excellent fit, as well as breathability and durability are the strong points of the new kit.
The extreme attention to detail will make this kit the ideal companion for the team in both competitions and training sessions. Made of very high-quality fabrics to ensure a perfect fit and high levels of comfort and aerodynamics.
The collection is designed to train and compete at all times of the year without losing performance; ranging from the Burgos BH jersey, a perfect garment for the hottest days, thanks to the AIR fabric used in the back and sleeves made with a mesh fabric and an open and breathable dual density design, to those garments that keep the heat in even in the coldest temperatures, as the Burgos BH Vest with a base of thermal and windproof fabric with breathable mesh side bands.
The technical clothing range combines technology and style at all times. In terms of design, it is more daring, but maintains the essence of the team and the province by combining purple colours.
They are also items that guarantee durability and comfort. A good example of this are the chamois pads of the bib shorts line, designed for riding for more than 6 hours on the saddle with total performance, comfort and safety. The collection also includes racing and time trial suits, as well as other garments and accessories necessary to meet the needs of the team.
Born in 2019 under the slogan ‘Never look back’, it transmits values such as passion, ambition and performance that any athlete needs whilst competing, the collaboration with the Burgos BH team is the extension of a partnership that began in 2021, being the first contact with professional cycling for Finisseur; as Alex Reina, Business Development Director of the firm, says, “After our first year together, we share the desire to continue growing side by side. We have made a leap in innovation and product development compared to last year. The feedback from the riders has been essential to improve our product for 2022 and to transmit it to the people who trust Finisseur. Burgos BH has been reinforced in all aspects and after the step forward they took last season, I think that in 2022 we will continue on the right track”
On behalf of the Burgos BH team, the manager Julio Andrés Izquierdo wanted to highlight “the satisfaction with the Finisseur brand and garments and the achievements of the team in 2021. We have achieved our goal, which was none other than to bring Finisseur’s values to the roads, to show our fighting spirit and to help the fans to get to know the quality of their products. We are both proud and grateful to be able to extend our agreement, and we have the ambition to continue improving alongside them”.
