The new version of the Finisseur Pro Thermal winter bib tights is packed with new features. High-performance thermal bib tights
The Finisseur Pro range shows its commitment to performance through the use of various types of technical fabrics that stand out for their fantastic muscle support and fit. And in the case of the Thermal products in this range, fabric technologies are added to provide thermal insulation, wind and water resistance, and good breathability. This is the case of the ITTAI fabric, of Italian origin, made of 85% polyamide and 15% elastane, which is composed of three layers: an outer wrap-knit part, an inner functional polyurethane membrane and an inner knitted fabric for greater comfort against low temperatures. Thanks to this composition, these bib tights have great waterproof, windproof and breathable properties.
However, the fabric composition is not the whole story of these winter bib tights. The shoulder straps are made with compression technology, which gives us excellent freedom of movement while feeling fixed to our body. In addition, the flat seams ensure total comfort. A small front zip also allows the bib tights to protect the abdomen while making it easy to put on and take off the garment. And ankle cuff details improve the fit and prevent cold air from entering through the legs.
Elegance, comfort and protection
As usual in the Pro range, these thermal bib tights ooze quality from all sides. In addition to their sober and elegant design, they are incredibly comfortable to wear. The plush interior is especially soft, and the flat-seam panel construction ensures that compression does not leave marks on the skin after a long day’s cycling. The calf panel is made of Pixel technical fabric, a reflective fabric that enhances rider safety by reflecting light. Other reflective details include the Finisseur logo on the leg and back.
A chamois pad to match
The chamois is provided by the Italian specialist Elastic Interface, which supplies the Paris Men chamois, suitable for long distances on both road and MTB. This chamois pad is characterised by its double padding distributed between the ischiatic and perineal areas, thus favouring shock absorption. This double density consists of 80kg/m3 in the front and 120 kg/m3 in the back. With a size of 380 mm x 220 mm, this chamois pad provides comfort while pedalling and allows good blood circulation. The chamois fabric is EIT X-Tratto, made from antibacterial treated fibres, with a composition of 80% polyamide and 20% elastane. This chamois pad can cope with rides of up to 6 hours, making it ideal for long journeys.
